Please note: Shipments and returns are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange on non-custom, non-decorated items.

Final sale and decorated pieces are not eligible for return.

Non-decorated items only
Items must be in original condition
Applies to purchases made directly through our website

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS COVERAGE

When you opt in for Checkout+ in cart or at checkout, return shipping is included—allowing you to send back any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
If you choose not to add coverage, returns are still accepted; however, a $10 processing fee and return label cost will apply.
All returns remain subject to the guidelines outlined in our return policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Fairway & Greene accepts returns and exchanges on international orders, including those shipped to Canada.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns must be submitted through our return portal
Shipping labels can be purchased through your local carrier
