RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange on non-custom, non-decorated items.
Final sale and decorated pieces are not eligible for return.

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS COVERAGE
- When you opt in for Checkout+ in cart or at checkout, return shipping is included—allowing you to send back any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
- If you choose not to add coverage, returns are still accepted; however, a $10 processing fee and return label cost will apply.
- All returns remain subject to the guidelines outlined in our return policy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Fairway & Greene accepts returns and exchanges on international orders, including those shipped to Canada.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns must be submitted through our return portal
- Shipping labels can be purchased through your local carrier
- Policy applies across all international regions
