1. When can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you have trouble locating your tracking details or need assistance, please contact Fairway & Greene Customer Care for support.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take 7–10 business days.

Decorated items are custom-made and require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. What shipping services do you offer?

We ship via UPS with the following options:

  • UPS Ground (Economy):
    3–5 business days
    FREE on orders $150+
    $10 on orders under $150
  • UPS 2-Day:
    2 business days — $20
  • UPS Next-Day:
    1 business day — $40

Free shipping applies to economy ground shipping only.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipped to a PO Box may experience delays or additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

Fairway & Greene offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

2. What items are eligible for return?

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Follow the prompts to submit your request. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

4. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Fairway & Greene Customer Care immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Fairway & Greene does not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

6. What is the EU return policy?

If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet the standard return eligibility requirements.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.

1. How does Fairway & Greene sizing run?

Fairway & Greene products run true to size with a tailored fit, offering a modern, refined silhouette.

2. Where can I find a size chart?

Size charts are available on each product page. We recommend comparing measurements to a similar item you already own for the best fit.

3. What if I’m between sizes?

If you prefer a trimmer look, stay true to size. For a slightly more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

4. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Center to obtain a return shipping label. Please allow up to two weeks for processing returns or exchanges.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping fees apply.
